Brightly colored seahorse sculptures in Port Aransas, Texas isolated against a black and white sky.

For more than four decades, colorful plastic sculptures of seahorses welcomed visitors to Port Aransas, the small resort town located on Mustang Island along the Texas gulf coast. In August 2017, Hurricane Harvey made landfall close to Port Aransas leaving extensive damage in it's wake. The colorful seahorse sculptures vanished in the storm, but their images live on in pictures.
