A single Blue Morpho butterfly (Morpho peleides) displays the beautiful iridescent blue coloring on it's black wings while resting on a sunlit green tree leaf at the Cockrell Butterfly Center in Houston, TX.
Butterflies are among God's most beautiful creations. Each one a small work of art. The Blue Morpho is one of the largest butterfly species, with a wingspan between 5-8 inches.
